Chef Marcellino announces the November theme for his Learn and Lunch cooking class series, which takes place monthly at the restaurant's Chef's Island. Each class takes place from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., during which Chef Marcellino shares his secrets to making his one-of-a-kind handcrafted cuisine. Each class is followed by a lunch featuring the main dish prepared during the cooking demonstration, as well as an organic salad and sweet treat to close out the meal. Classes are by reservation only and participants can reserve their seat by calling 480-990-9500. Date: Saturday, November 17. Cost: $40/per person. Menu: Pollo Saporito -- humanely raised chicken breast sautéed with pine nuts, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and tomato.
