This class emphasizes classic chef driven technique, how to build flavor, and simple recipes that can be adjusted in many ways. Perfect for begining cooks, curious foodies and avid cooks who want to refine thier skills. This month, Executive Chef Andie Hubka will take participants through the process of assembling the following menu: Roasted Salmon with Lemon Caper Aioli; Classic Baked Mac & Cheese;Creamed Spinach Florentine; Potato Leek Soup with Creme Fraiche & Chives; Strawberry Shortcake with Biscuits & Creme Anglais. While the chef will do most of the preparation, students will be invited up at intervals to help. Class will run about two hours. Register online.
