Cooking Under Pressure

Executive Chef Andie Hubka will take participants through the process of using a pressure cooker to prepare the following menu: BBQ Turkey Chili with Cilantro Crema; Perfect Artichokes with Lemon Caper Aioli; Summer Risotto with Asparagus & Mushrooms; "Everything" Deviled Eggs. While the chef will do most of the preparation, students will be invited up at intervals to help. Class will run about two hours. Register online.
