Hotel Valley Ho Brunch, Dinner + Egg Hunt

Kick-off the day with The Valley Ho Easter Buffet in Sands with a prime rib carving station and a made-to-order omelet setup with seasonal ingredients from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Chef Russell LaCasce at ZuZu will also be serving brunch from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. With a build-your-own Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Savor the seasonal dinner menu from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., featuring a specialty Easter dish, Slow-Braised Lamb Shank with baby root vegetables for $45. To honor the festive tradition, the 14th Annual Easter Egg Hunt will commence at 9 a.m. with prizes awarded to the participants who collect the most eggs as well as the bearer of the lucky golden egg. The Valley Ho Easter Buffet in Sands is $65 per person or $19 for children 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations for Sands and ZuZu are required and can be made at (480) 421-7997.
