Guests are invited to get glamorous for an elegant Great Gatsby-themed five-course pairing dinner at Match Market & Bar and The FOUND:RE Phoenix, which will be transformed into as one of Jay Gatsby's legendary parties for this exclusive event. Diners will feel as though they've gone back in time -- and stepped into the pages of the book -- as they enjoy each Gatsby-inspired dish and cocktail pairing. Menu includes: Chapter One -- Salmon Deviled Eggs featuring smoked salmon mousse, capers, lemon and dill paired with The Wolfsheim cocktail with London Dry Gin Infusion, mint and lime Chapter Two -- Shrimp Mango Ceviche with shrimp, roasted mango, habanero, cucumber, tomatoes and cilantro served with a Daisy Fay cocktail featuring white rum, roasted pineapple, house grenadine and maraschino Chapter Three -- Seafood Soup -- clam, octopus, mussel and tomato bisque with crostini complemented by Gatsby's Model T cocktail made with brandy, clarified lime and orange liqueur Chapter Four -- New York Strip Steak with fingerling potatoes, roasted leeks and apple cider marmalade served with the West Egg cocktail featuring beef fat washed bourbon and amaro bitters Chapter Five -- Lemon Freeze with cinnamon, sugar, vanilla ice cream and fresh mint paired with Barton & Guestier Sauternes dessert wine Guests are invited to celebrate in style as they sip and savor their way through the evening, and are asked to please wear a mask.
