Ocean Prime Announces Easter Brunch

In honor of Easter Sunday celebrations, Ocean Prime announces a special brunch menu. Guests can start their meal with a Blood Orange Mimosa -- featuring blood orange juice, simple syrup, Cointreau and Champagne -- for $9 or Ocean Prime's Signature Bloody Mary with choice of vodka, house made mix and jumbo shrimp for $18. Dishes are á la carte and include: Smoked Salmon -- with sliced tomato, red onion, arugula, and whipped cream cheese on a bagel, $18. Blackened Salmon Salad --strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, goat cheese and field greens topped with basil poppy seed dressing and candied walnuts, $24. French Toast -- with mixed fresh berries, lemon curd, candied bacon and warm maple syrup, $15. Lobster Toast -- with sunny-side egg, avocado, sweet peas and preserved lemon, $24. Crab & Eggs -- English muffin topped with crab cakes, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce; served with fresh fruit, and mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette, $19. Braised Short Rib Surf and Turf -- served with crispy gouda potato cake, lobster claw, and poached egg with hollandaise sauce, $22.
