Summer in Provence

Chef Rhonda Kite will take participants through the process of assembling the following menu: Herb Salad with Classic French Vinaigrette; Camembert & Jamon Ficelle with Truffle Butter; French Summer Vegetable Gratin; Summer Bouillabaise with Basil Rouille Croute; Chocolate Mousse. While the chef will do most of the preparation, students will be invited up at intervals to help. Class will run about two hours. Register online.
