Faculty Chamber Music Concert to be held April 14
Arizona Western College faculty, alumni, and music colleagues from across Yuma County are presenting a Faculty Chamber Music Concert for the community to enjoy.
“The audience will hear some of the best players in Yuma playing in duets, trios, quintets, and other small groups,” said Shawn Pollard, AWC Professor of Instrumental Music.
The performance will feature clarinets, saxophones, string instruments, and more.
The free concert will begin at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, at Gloria de Cristo Lutheran Church, 11273 E. 40th St.
Donations to benefit the AWC Visual and Performing Arts Department will be accepted. Funds will go to support student scholarships.
