On Wednesday, Dec. 10, Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse is pleased to present an exclusive five-course pairing dinner featuring wines from Austin Hope Winery. The menu for this one-of-a-kind experience is as follows:

First course: Scallop Crudo with pickled Anaheim chilis and Meyer lemon oil paired with Austin Paso Robles Chardonnay

Second course: Poppy’s Bolognese featuring trinity meat sauce and fresh linguini pasta paired with 2023 Quest Cabernet Franc, Paso Robles

Third course: Chimichurri Lamb — Seared lamb chops served with creamy mashed potatoes, green beans and chimichurri paired with 2021 Treana Red Blend, Paso Robles

Fourth course: Prime NY Strip with roasted fingerling potatoes and crispy Brussels sprouts paired with 2022 Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles

Dessert course: Chocolate Cheesecake
