DESCRIPTION:Date and Time\nFriday\, Jul 7\, 2023\n11:30 AM – 1:00 PM MST \n\nAn exact time is yet to be confirmed by the governor’s office other than to expect it to be a brunch or luncheon. \n\n\n\nLocation\nArizona Western College Schoening Conference Center\n2020 South Avenue 8E\, Yuma \n\n\nFees/Admission\nChampion Sponsorship ($2\,500)  SOLD – The Champion Sponsor gets first choice to reserve their table (seats 8) near to the governor’s table prior to the event. They will also will also be listed on the registration website\, receive a slide at the event\, and be included on materials pre- and post-event.  LIMIT ONE (1) \nAdvocate Sponsorship ($2\,000) – The Advocate Sponsor will be able to choose and reserve their table (seats 8) after the Champion Sponsor has chosen theirs. Since there are four Advocate Sponsors\, table selection will be done in the order the sponsorships were purchased. Advocate Sponsors will also be listed on the registration website\, receive a slide at the event\, and be included on materials pre- and post-event. LIMIT FOUR (4) \nTable Sponsorship ($1\,500) – Table sponsors will have a reserved table (seats 8) at the event. There will be a shared slide shown and they will also be listed on the registration website and on limited pre- and post-event materials. \nIndividual tickets are also available for $100 each. Individual tickets will be seated at open seating tables behind the sponsors. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nDescription\nState of The State\nFriday\, July 7\, 2023  11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (doors open at 11:00 a.m.)\nProgram: Governor Hobbs \nREGISTRATION WAIVER\nBy registering for this event\, attendees acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to the disease COVID-19 and any other communicable or infections disease exists in any public place where people are present. No precautions can completely eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and the risk of exposure applies to everyone. Therefore\, by registering\, attendees agree to waive\, covenant not to sue\, and discharge the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce\, its representatives\, and the event venue arising out of or in any way relating to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease.
