DESCRIPTION:The City of Yuma has announced Tacos and Tunes will return this October.\n\n \n\nThe event will kick off Friday\, October 3 with a car show happening from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Main Street.\n\n \n\nPeople will have the chance to see an array of vintage cars while listening to live music from the Big Boss Band.\n\n \n\nHowever\, there will be a new feature for this year’s Tacos and Tunes is all the events will take place during the evening\, which the City of Yuma calls “Tacos and Tunes Under the Stars.”\n\n \n\nThat event takes place Saturday\, October 4 from 5:00 p.m. to midnight\, where attendees can enjoy food and beverages\, live music and cast their vote for their favorite taco vendor to be crowned this year’s Taco King.

This year\, we will celebrate the 18th year of the “Blues and Arts Fiesta.” El Dorado Ranch and San Felipe Lions Club will continue to put this wonderful event in memory of Diane Grubb. \nIn addition to Diane\, Rick Rudd\, and Heather Penrod were the foundation that created this event. Since 2005\, The Blues and Arts Fiesta has brought fans from all over the world\, and locals always look forward to supporting this event. \nThe Blues and Arts Fiesta is not only a get- together of Musicians and Artists\, it is a charity event where 100 percent of the donations are given to the community. Our donations continue to benefit the local orphanage Sonshine Hacienda\, the Fire Department\, Volunteers without Limits\, DIF\, San Felipe Seniors\, International Hospital of San Felipe\, San Felipe Schools\, Better Together cataract surgeries\, and our vision program; to name a few.
