Brawley Cattle Call Rodeo
Cattle Call Rodeo will be November 10, 11 and 12, 2023. Unlike most professional sports where the teams and the lineups are known well in advance, the roster of cowboys and cowgirls competing in a rodeo is a last-minute affair.
Visitors will enjoy an old-fashioned, fast-action rodeo sure to please people of all ages! The Cattle Call Rodeo starts each performance with an opening ceremony followed by the Rough and Tough Wild Horse Race. There will be six PRCA events that include Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc, Steer Wrestling, Tie Down Roping, Team Roping and Bull Riding. WPRA will feature the always exciting Barrel Race and then on to Team Penning which features five teams of local cowboys and cowgirls competing for the fastest time penning three steers. No rodeo would be complete without our fantastic bullfighters and rodeo clowns! The kids will enjoy our pre-show dollar dig and the crowd-pleasing mutton busting. Sunday is Family Day, bring the kids early and enjoy the free pony rides and petting zoo.
